With the direct collaboration of the Road of Mantuan Wines and Flavors, the Municipality of Mantua proposes a gastronomic festival with fixed price menus in order to taste the best of the local traditional ingredients and to enhance the restaurants and the producers that have decided to join the festival.

In the cookerydi Principi e di Popolo (“of princes and people”) herbs, vegetables and spontaneous fruits play a very precious and indispensable role: beyond their beneficial properties, their taste and smell can define the distinctiveness and the characterization of a dish.

Sometimes the season does not allow to collect herbs in their right period, that is why some fruits, like pumpkins, can be preserved and consumed at other times. This is the precious art of transformation for conservation, practised since ancient times also in our territory.

That is why in some menus you will find products like pumpkins, bitter herbs, cherries.

Mantua Restaurant

Glass of wine and cover charge are included in the price.

The menu does not include water, coffee or bitters.
